Buyer Protection Policy
Neesun Marketplace
Last updated: March 2026
Neesun aims to create a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers.
This Buyer Protection Policy explains how we support buyers when issues occur with orders.
1. Marketplace Transactions
When a buyer purchases an item on Neesun, the purchase agreement is made directly between the buyer and the seller.
Sellers are responsible for:
-
shipping orders
-
product quality
-
customer support
However, Neesun provides tools and support to help resolve issues where possible.
2. Items Not Received
If an item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, buyers should first contact the seller through Neesun Messages.
Many delays are caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Sellers are expected to assist buyers in tracking shipments.
3. Items Not as Described
If a product arrives and is significantly different from its description, buyers should contact the seller and provide details of the issue.
This may include:
-
incorrect items
-
damaged goods
-
misleading product descriptions
Sellers should work with buyers to resolve the issue through replacement, return, or refund where appropriate.
4. Refund Requests
Refunds may be available if:
-
an item is faulty
-
an item is damaged
-
the item is not as described
Buyers should review the seller’s return policy and contact the seller directly to request a resolution.
5. Dispute Assistance
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, Neesun may review the case and provide assistance where appropriate.
However, Neesun does not guarantee dispute outcomes and does not act as the seller of items.
6. Safe Shopping
To ensure a safe buying experience:
-
always communicate through Neesun Messages
-
keep records of order information
-
report suspicious activity to Neesun Support
7. Reporting Issues
Buyers can report issues through their order page or by contacting Neesun Support.
Our team will review the request and guide the next steps where necessary.
