This Seller Policy explains the rules and responsibilities for sellers who operate shops on the Neesun marketplace.

By opening a shop on Neesun, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

1. Independent Sellers

Neesun is an online marketplace that allows independent sellers to offer products directly to buyers.

Sellers operate their own businesses and are fully responsible for:

  • product listings

  • pricing

  • order fulfilment

  • customer service

  • shipping and delivery

  • returns and refunds

Neesun provides the platform but does not own, inspect, or control the products sold.

Products sold on Neesun must meet our marketplace standards.

Examples of accepted items include:

  • handmade products

  • personalised goods

  • vintage or antique items

  • craft supplies

  • include counterfeit or unauthorized replicas

  • promote illegal activities

Misleading listings or inaccurate descriptions may result in removal.

5. Pricing and Fees

Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices.

Neesun may charge:

Current fees are described on the Neesun website.

6. Orders and Fulfilment

Sellers must process orders within the stated processing time.

Sellers should:

  • dispatch items promptly

Failure to fulfil orders may result in account restrictions.

7. Customer Communication

Sellers are expected to maintain professional communication with buyers.

Respond to buyer messages promptly and resolve issues in a fair and respectful manner.

Clear communication helps maintain trust within the marketplace.

8. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act.

Buyers may request returns or refunds where items are:
